Многим покажется это странным, но когда я только почувствовал в себе желание делать какой-то бизнес, быть предпринимателем, то  мной руководили достаточно любопытные цели.

Драйв. Стремление к чему-то новому, создание рабочих мест, польза людям, популярность наших продуктов -  вот те цели, которые я ставил перед собой.

Многие заметят, что здесь нет слова “прибыль”. Я всегда и везде заявлял, что прибыль не главное. Что это прийдет потом и само. И даже подсознательно, на полном серьезе я не оценивал и не рассматривал прибыль - как одну из целей. Не смотря на то, что в уставе нашего предприятия прописана цель. Это цель - получения прибыли. 

К чему приводят такие цели ? Правило! К недополучению, или не получению прибыли. Проверно на опыте. Поэтому с этого года, я кардинально переменил свой взгляд на предпринимательство. И первоочередной целью ставлю для себя - получения прибыли, но не в ущерб удовольствию. 

А потом уже, создание рабочих мест. Хотя, безусловно, польза людям, как и драйв в моем миропредставлении еще остаются одними из ключевых факторов. Ну, и когда будет прибыль, существенная прибыль. Я смогу сделать больше добрых и хороших дел, и не только для себя. 

По опыту скажу, что те кто ставили перед собой цель в получени прибыли, они ее и достигали в первые года своего предпринимательства. Поэтому, видимо цель не такая и плохая. 

С другой стороны, все как всегда относительно.  Может быть, я только думаю что меняю цели. А на самом деле они не меняются, просто мой путь более долгий выбран изначательно (как рост бамбука) и скоро начнет выстреливать. Все это бред.

Что я думаю сейчас ?

Предпринимательство в своем зародыше не должно быть никаким социально ответственным. Абсолютно никаким. Все это про социальную ответвенность, налоги - это навязаныне стереотипы.

Предприматель он должен найти способы как всего этого избежать в самом начале. Когда и налоги платятся по минимуму, и рабочих мест как можно меньше (делегирование + автоматизация) и вот когда у тебя что-то получается, там уже можно начинать и отдавать (об этом писал здесь http://burnis.org/node/1140). При этом, предпринматель не должен скатиться или остаться барыгой. Хотя, барыга - это не такое плохое слово, термин и определение. Но именно в том контексте что я туда вкладываю, барыга - это неконкурентноспособный предприниматель с потолком своего развития. В обычном понятии же барыга это по хорошему иногда можно и как комплипент использовать. Термины всякие там - это так же отдельное словоблудие, главное ведь не названия а суть и смысл….

Мысли как всегда скомканы. Расплывчаты, думаю я вернусь к философии отношения к бизнесу открытым текстом в ближайшее время. И, думаю с примерами -)
