Не хочу писать о маразмах, тупости и всяком плохом что происходит вокруг. Попробую написать о приятном и странном.

Я давно мечтал и это свершилось. С помощью как обычно это бывает в моей жизни странных стечений обстоятельств и долгой цепочки перезачётов. Стал обладателем парусной яхты. Первый сезон отходил.

Лодку взял маленько, старенькую, но проворную и маневренную. Специально что бы учиться и страдать )

Что я испытал за первый сезон пермского яхтинга?

Научился управлять лодкой, швартоваться в одного, швартоваться под парусом без мотора в одного. Делать маневр в умеренный ветер «спасение утопающего» под парусом (не бойтесь, просто матрос ронял бутылку с водой за борт случайно).
Принял участие в парусных соревнованиях (100 мильная гонка, гонки по средам)
Покатался на других лодках. Более больших и комфортабельных и даже на точно такой же как моя.
Принимал участие (можно сказать даже был организатором) в операции по спасению застрявшего на мели яхтсмена и качающегося 5 дней закопанным килем в песок и погнутым рулевым пером. (Спасли и яхтсмена и яхту!)
Порвал два паруса. Один раз грот в гонке, один раз стаксель просто катаясь.
Попадал в штиль со сломанным мотором и необходимостью быстрее оказаться в нужном месте. Ночью.
Швартовался в штиль без мотора и парусов на вёслах….
Попадал в шторм.
Вставал на мель.
Срывался с мели и чуть не влетал в большой катер…

Много всего. Но, хочу просто рассказать про яхтинг в Перми, который я ощутил. Особенно актуально это писать когда

Про яхтсменов в Перми и гонки.

Довольно дружелюбные и отзывчивые ребята, крайне адекватные. Но… на берегу абсолютно не расторопные, ленивые, часто не обязательные и никуда не торопящиеся. Не скажу, что я уже смирился, порой бесит. Привык на работе принимать быстрые решения и действовать.

Всё меняется, когда яхтсмены оказываются «в море». Все капитаны там – морские волки. Быстро (очень быстро) принимают решения. Подстраиваются под ситуацию.

А как эти яхтсмены меняются, когда происходит гонка! Это просто офигенно. Даже не верится, что это одни и те же люди.

На своём примере могу сказать.

Так как я крайне неопытный, то меня отказались взять в большую гонку к себе в экипаж капитаны других яхт. Я их понимаю. Какой от меня толк?

Рулить толком не могу, баковый пока уровня «сыкло», шкотовый нулевой, термины знаю не все. В гонке не был.

Тогда я решил, что нужно собрать команду самому. Свою! Одного члена экипажа нашел в Перми. Из Москвы прилетел мой друг, с которым познакомились еще в Камбодже 7 лет назад (на легендарном острове Кох Де Куль) со своим товарищем. Два опытнейших капитана, которые просто буквально за сутки подготовили мою лодку к гонке. Причем один за сутки прилетел и готовил, а другой прилетел в ночь старта!

Эти зубры, и супер крутые люди-яхтсмены привезли спортивный парус (геннакер), нормальный блок гика-шкота, кучу дельных вещей, установили ходовые огни, проводку, АКБ, брасы и блочки на них, выпросили у коллеги в нашем клубе спинакер-гик от лодки большего размера, привязали его соорудив бушприт, и мы прямо перед стартом, в прямом смысле перед стартовой линией снаряжали лодку на ходу (один клеил колдунчики, другой капитан в первые оказавшись на моей лодке и в целом на лодке такого типа примерялся к рулю, кто-то убирал мотор, другой капитан привязывал наш импровизированный «бушприт» что бы нести геннакер более эффективно, я же просто трясся … от страха. Ведь это первая гонка, гонка в 100 миль! А дальше 15 километров еще не отходил от клуба…) и вот мы с дырявыми старыми парусами, люфтом на руле, "бушпритом" из спинчгика и парусом на нём вообще от другой лодки, где рулевой на этой лодке в первый раз в жизни... берём старт!

Когда гонка – все становятся очень быстрые. Тогда вот я со своим темпом уже кажусь черепахой…

Ну и опыт. Как мне не хватает опыта. В гонке это очень наглядно. Только я сажусь на руль, так как лодка наш «одноклассник», конкурент красуется передо мной кормой в несколько корпусов. Просыпается команда с двумя опытными капитанами, а я ухожу отдыхать и набраться сил… просыпаюсь, а лодка с нами конкурирующая – более двух кабельтовых за нашей кормой….

Я наивно думал, что, пройдя гонку – я стану опытным, научусь управлять лодкой на достойном уровне. Но только после гонки я понял, что еще учиться и учиться, и учиться!

Сама же гонка. Ух!

Гонка

Расходиться ночью с огромными баржами (которые часто клали на правила и еще и могут беспардонно слепить тебя прожекторами), не имея права включить мотор. Перекрывать ветер (или тебе перекрывают) другие яхты, знать из какого залива и когда дунет, предсказывать погоду, видеть и понимать, где мель. Понимать, когда и какие паруса лучше нести. Давать нагрузку на такелаж такую, чтобы и идти быстро и мачту не вырвало (лодка то старая…). Спать и набираться сил уперевшись ногами во все что можешь – иначе просто выпадаешь в крене. ... А какие красоты в Пермском крае на воде. Если бы вы это видели! А еще… реагировать быстро на команду рулевого «парусный аврал», падать в брочинге, мочить паруса, наматывать геннакер на киль, пытаться достать на полном ходу вылетевший фал с топа мачты с помощью чего придумаешь… Подшучивать и подбадривать экипажи лодок идущих «в связке» или рядом, возмущаться штилю, стонать огромному ливню, падать с койки на пайолы во сне, есть холодную еду потому что нет кардана под плиту, офигевать от страха когда рядом настоящая спортивная лодка была и ты её потерял из виду (но точно знаешь, что она рядом и раз не видишь значит за парусом и ваши курсы пересекаются и ты надеешься что они настолько опытные что бы проскочить), офигеть еще больше когда буквально в 7-10 корпусов перед тобой лодка больше и спортивнее легла парусами практически полностью в воду и ты понимаешь что сейчас попадёшь в это место, а твоя то лодочка…..не такая.

Про сам яхтинг.

Это что-то с чем-то. Точно не то, что я раньше думал о яхтинге. Я всегда воспринимал яхтинг как некое сочетание скорость + ветер, холод и в таком духе. Оказалось, что яхтинг бывает очень разный. К примеру, в первый самостоятельный длительный выход я обгорел с головы да ног под палящим солнцем. Потом только понял, почему яхтсмены все такие не загорелые и в рубашечках.

Прежде всего пришлось осознать, что яхты ходят медленно относительно машин. Если на машине 100 километров пройти можно за час легко… то на Яхте 100 километров это в среднем-лучшем случае 10 часов. Но поверьте… все что больше 10 километров в час и острыми курсами… ощущения такие что ты летишь!!! На самом деле и полными, что летишь кажется, но более уверенно )

наслаждайся

Здесь нужно научиться наслаждаться моментом и использоваться погоду по максимуму для удовольствия. Когда ветра почти нет – идеальное время что бы уйти в крутые заливы и искупаться, разбить лагерь или завести мотор. Когда ветер сильный, идеально половить адреналин, или быстро переместиться. Но все это не сразу.

Сначала учился понимать откуда дует ветер. Выходил только в слабый и это была не простая задача. Потому что ветер он такой… закручивается, пропадает, появляется. В целом в слабый ветер научиться чувствовать лодку – это похоже самое главное, что нужно уметь.

Потом научился просто двигаться под парусами. И только сильно потом… смог не просто двигаться, а двигаться туда куда мне нужно)))

В среднем большая часть проведенного времени на яхте – это сидеть и наслаждаться. В моём случае пока не так, т.к. постоянно подстраиваю паруса, подруливаю (нет автопилота), и за счет того, что лодка маленькая и юркая перехожу с борта на борт что бы создать больше крен либо наоборот «откренить» когда это необходимо. В целом, как я понял большая часть – это не делание ничего. И это время нужно уметь провести, насладиться им или заняться чем-то полезным (готовка, еда, рыбалка, «загоралка» или разговоры с экипажем, наслаждение красотами и.т.д.).

Чему еще хочется научиться скорее.

Угадывать погоду. Я пока все еще не понимаю, как это происходит, смотря на все эти тучи, волны – нифига еще понимаю. Когда иду с опытными капитанами в гонке, они прямо сразу кричат «заход, готовимся, раз, два три…» – и нас уваливает, когда говорят.

Просто в туризме регулярно было, когда опытный капитан, учитель говорит: «Так, давай вернемся, скоро будет сильный дождь». Только швартуемся и сразу – Ливень.

Бывало, слышу от опытных капитанов: «Дима, не выходи – скоро будет дождь, не кайфово». Но я же умный…выходил и, конечно, попадал в ливень)

В какой-то момент я стал от всего этого ловить неописуемый кайф. И самое не приятное, что я порой могу услышать от своего экипажа это

«Кэп, давай заведём мотор».

А ведь мне так хочется никуда не торопиться, дойти до нужного места только под парусами…
